## Wills

- Write a will online in about 20 minutes, for England and Wales. Drafted to comply with the Wills Act 1837; legally valid once signed in front of two witnesses.
- Single will £79. Mirror wills for couples £129. One payment, no subscription, no hidden fees.
- Review a summary of your will and edit any section before you pay.
- Instant PDF download after payment, with a plain-English guide to signing and witnessing.
- Optional print and post: £12.99 (single) or £19.99 (mirror wills), sent ready to sign.
- Covers executors (up to three, with backups), beneficiaries and percentage shares (up to six people or charities), specific gifts, guardians for children under 18, and funeral wishes.
- Retrieve your will later with your email address and date of birth.

## Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)

- Both LPAs, property and financial affairs plus health and welfare, prepared from one set of questions: £129 for one person. One LPA £79. Couples (four LPAs) £199.
- Optional advance decision (living will) add-on: £24.
- Prepared on the official LPA forms, with step-by-step signing instructions. Instant download; print and post from £12.99 (£19.99 for a couple's pack).
- Registering with the Office of the Public Guardian costs £92 per LPA, paid to the OPG, not to us.
- Can be set up on behalf of a parent; they still sign their own forms.
- Retrieve your LPA later with your email address and date of birth.

## Who it isn't for

- PureWill is for straightforward situations. Use a solicitor instead for blended families, a business, property abroad or other complex estates; the form flags these and the site says so.
- England and Wales only. Not a law firm and no legal advice.
